It is a quiet and safe area. You can shop for groceries, buy drinks at local liquor stores, and find a laundromat, a pharmacy, and various food stalls nearby. There is also a small eatery serving breakfast and lunch close to the houses.

The nearest beach is just 5 minutes away, while Guayabitos is 8 minutes away and Los Ayala is 10 minutes away—all ideal spots to enjoy with family and friends. Additionally, in downtown La Peñita, you will find affordable restaurants, ice cream and popsicle shops, convenience stores, a church, and the main square, where you can sample local evening snacks. We are approximately a 5-minute ride from the bus stop. Taxi and van services are available to take you to the bus station—traveling along the same road—as well as to Guayabitos, Los Ayala, and Las Varas.
